WORK ORDER:

✦ Once payment is confirmed, the order is added to a queue. Commissions are made in the order they arrive!
✦ When I start the commission I will send you a sketch to see if I am on the right track. If you didn't like the drawing I will change it up to 3 times or issue a refund.
✦ Commissions take 1 or 2 weeks to make,depending on work load and the size of the order. If you need the commission for a specific date please let me know in advance!
✦ If the commission is not paid within 24 hours it is automatically cancelled.
✦ When the commission is finished it will be sent by email, the drawing will have the best possible resolution and a small watermark.
✦ Commissions are for PERSONAL use only.
✦ If I don't like the commission or I don't feel comfortable making it, I won't accept it.

PAYMENT INFORMATION:

✦ Payment is done AFTER the complete sketch is sent.
✦ You can pay through PayPal! (Please note that prices will be higher due to taxes)
✦No refunds for finished drawings! Refunds allowed If the client only saw the sketch and didn't like it.
